• How quickly do you respond to inquiries? Most inquiries get a reply within one business day. For urgent bookings, call or text directly at (425) 445-0719.
  

• Do you come to our office, or does the session need to be at your studio? Both. John regularly sets up on-site at offices, conference venues, and corporate campuses across the Eastside. Studio sessions are also available in Sammamish, about 10 minutes south of the Microsoft Redmond Campus.
  

• How far in advance should we book team headshots? Team sessions and events typically book 2–6 weeks out. Individual sessions can often be scheduled sooner — reach out to check availability look at my online scheduling calendar.
  

• What’s your service area? Based in Sammamish, John serves Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah, Bothell, Everett, Mercer Island, Seattle, and the broader Puget Sound region. Travel to other Washington or out of state locations can be arranged.
  

• Do you offer event videography as well as photography? Yes. John provides both photography and videography coverage for corporate events, conferences, award galas, and company milestones.
  

• How many headshots can you photograph in a day? For on-site team sessions, volume depends on lighting setup and deliverable expectations. Typical rate is 20–40 individuals per day for polished, edited results. Contact John to scope your specific session.
