Event Photography for Corporate and Special Events in Seattle and Bellevue
Corporate Event Photography in Seattle and Bellevue — Conferences, Galas, Kickoffs & More
Whether it’s a company all-hands, a fundraising gala, a sales kickoff, or a product launch, great event photography does two things: it captures the energy in the room and gives your organization lasting collateral for social media, internal communications, and supporter outreach.
I focus on what matters most at every event — the key moments, the human interactions, the brand details you worked hard to create. Before every event, we’ll connect to align on priorities, VIP coverage needs, and any must-capture moments, so nothing gets missed.
With over 30 years in high tech — including senior roles at Microsoft and Nutanix — I understand the corporate environment and know how to work efficiently in it without being disruptive.

Do you serve areas outside of Bellevue and Seattle? Yes — I’m based in Sammamish and regularly cover events throughout the Greater Seattle area including Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell, Mercer Island, Everett, and Seattle. I also travel for larger engagements.
How is event photography priced? Pricing is based on consecutive hours of coverage. Most events are quoted after a brief consultation to understand scope, timing, and any special requirements. Contact me for a fast, no-pressure quote.
Do you offer video coverage in addition to photography? Yes — multi-camera video recording, speaker summaries, and attendee interviews are available as an add-on or standalone service.
What is the Photo Kiosk and how is it different from a photo booth? The Photo Kiosk uses professional studio lighting and full-resolution camera equipment — significantly higher quality than a standard photo booth. It handles groups up to 12, uploads directly to a live gallery for instant sharing, and can be branded for your company or sponsors.
How far in advance should I book? As early as possible for large events, particularly if you want the Photo Kiosk. For most corporate events, a few weeks of lead time is sufficient. Same-week bookings are sometimes possible — just reach out.

He was hired by the organization ifor which I was attending conferences over a 3-day period in order to take professional headshots for the conference attendees. His setup was impressive. He made you feel comfortable and gave great directions on posing. I am thrilled with my photos. I've received so many compliments. The end result is polished and professional. I've avoided doing a headshot for years because I didn't think I would like it, but I'm so happy I did this time.Posted on Google Meredith BonnTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They set up a booth at our professional association's national conference, and it was a fantastic experience! They had a simple check-in system for large groups like ours, a little touch-up station for fixing hair and such, and their photographer was very personable. From what I saw, everyone got at least one good shot to use for their professional profiles. Thanks for coming to NCRA!Posted on Google Michelle NortonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. John was very encouraging and complimentary.
